Orcutt United Soccer League

OUSL will start a waiting list for players who missed the Open Registration dates, once our Signups consisting of Walk-in Registrations, have passed. Players requesting to be put on the waiting list will be processed in order of date received. The best way to submit your request is to send an email to the Spring Coordinator, Sheryl Tjaden, at ouslspringsoccer@gmail.com. The next best way is to mail your request to OUSL, PO Box 2091, Orcutt, CA 93457

In your request please include:

• player's name,
• player's date-of-birth,
• indicate if player is boy or girl,
• school attending in Fall 2011,
• parents' names,
• phone contact
• email and/or residence address

OUSL will place players from the waiting list on teams as openings become available. Placement is not guaranteed. Parents must be able to register players, their children, as soon as OUSL contacts you. Registration consists of completing a form, paying the registration fee of $60.00 (check made out to OUSL), and providing a birth certificate so we may verify the player and his/her age.

OUSL will attempt to place players on a team at their school, but it is not guaranteed. (Refer to OUSL Rule 1.4.3 regarding team assignments for players on waiting list.)
